The four pickup men, Jeff Shearer, Bobby Marriott, Matt Twitchell, and Bronc Boehnlein play an essential role in the total production of the performance. More importantly, they make sure the bareback and saddle bronc riders can safely dismount their horses after each ride. They are some of the best cowboys in the arena riding some of the strongest horses, and what they can do at full gallop will amaze the most experienced rodeo fan.
